Our vision
Negotiation is a form of human judgment that is becoming increasingly valuable in an AI-influenced world. We envision a future where anyone can feel confident and prepared to negotiate in their life, regardless of their cultural or socioeconomic background.
Our mission
The Negotiation Empowerment Project equips communities across the US with practical, culturally responsive negotiation skills through a free, interactive online learning experience. Drawing on expertise in learning sciences, negotiation theory, and educational technologies (e.g., conversational AI simulations), as well as feedback from community members, these modules prepare individuals to successfully initiate and negotiate under diverse circumstances in their everyday lives.
